1. General Policy
The Universal Employment & Income Empowerment Platform (UEIEP) is built on a performance-based earning model. This means that the income you generate through daily tasks, Social Media content, and referrals is earned income. This policy outlines how we handle finances related to your account.

2. Earnings & Withdrawals
Non-Refundable Earnings
Once your earnings are successfully processed and transferred from your UEIEP wallet to your verified UPI ID, the transaction is considered final and cannot be refunded or reversed. Please ensure your payment details are correct before initiating any withdrawal.
Failed Withdrawals
If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect UPI information or technical issues, the funds will be automatically credited back to your UEIEP account balance. If the amount does not reflect within 7 business days, please contact our support team with the transaction details for assistance.
Fraudulent Activity
3. Policy on Paid Services
Currently, UEIEP is a free-to-use platform. We do not charge any registration or subscription fees. However, should we introduce optional paid services or premium features in the future, a specific refund policy for those services will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
4. Account Termination
Termination by UEIEP
If your account is terminated by our team due to a violation of our community guidelines or terms of service, any pending earnings and unused service credits (if applicable) will be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or withdrawal.
Voluntary Account Closure
If you choose to voluntarily close your account, you will be prompted to withdraw any remaining balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold. Once the account is closed, no further claims can be made.
